For me, LL as it stands now is analogous to a piece of Driftwood. Floating around, directionless. No where to go? or Going nowhere?

Another year upon us, and management has guided expectations lower for this FY.

No plan in sight, no ideas to fuel the fire and get sales/profits moving. Just more of the same. Is management hoping that maybe the tides will take us to a beautiful Oasis? While this may be possible, it is extremely unlikely without decisive action, a strong vision and most importantly, a solid plan.

We need a clear plan, steps that can be executed on a fixed timeline with defined milestones. We need a vision. We need leadership.

Where does LL want to be in 2 years? in 5? in 10? How come management never talks about this? Is it because they haven’t thought to ask themselves? Maybe they don’t care.

I’m tired of waiting around, hoping that this piece of driftwood will find it’s sunny shores.
I’m tired of being down over 65% on my investment.
I’m tired of having to cancel vacation plans and having to tighten my belt.
I’m tired of trying to figure out what management is going to do to turn this ship around.
I’m tired of being continuously disappointed in this management team’s inaction.

How many times have we told ourselves, “Well, they screwed up this quarter, but hopefully the next one will be good”. Too many times for me.

I want a vision, clearly defined short/medium/long term goals, and most importantly, a quantifiable PLAN to get there.

    And I want them immediately.
